My passion is helping you uncover and rediscover yourself. I guide you to understand patterns, stories, and situations that may not have felt empowering in your life – yet have shaped who you are today.

Born in Copenhagen and live in Stockholm
I was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, and have lived in Stockholm, Sweden, since 2010. I have been working with leadership since 2013 and hold a BA in Communication as well as an MA in Communication and Psychology.

I am deeply passionate about spirituality, personal growth, and power. Power is a subtle feeling, and when you are empowered, you can make soul-led decisions that enhance both your life and the lives of those around you.

My encounter with numerology came when my second child was born. I felt alone in my motherhood journey and struggled to understand why my child seemed sad and uncomfortable in this world.

Numerology gave me the clarity I was seeking and provided missing pieces to my own life, helping me embrace my soul power and understand why things had unfolded as they did.

This experience set me on a path of spirituality and ultimately led me to become a family and transformational coach.

From an early age, I have been drawn to horses and dogs, studying their pack structures to better understand and translate their language for humans. I also work with dogs to interpret their behaviors and symptoms, helping heal the relationship between dog and owner. This knowledge has proven invaluable in guiding people toward greater happiness and personal power. Read more about how I work with dogs.
